Yep! Chocolate Chip Cookies, but not just any ordinary Choc Chip Cookies! This recipe I only use ONCE a year, Christmas time. My Sister-in-Law says this is her favorite cookie and looks forward to them every year.
Today is Day 2 of LifeAmorFamily’s 12 Days of Baking and Candy Making. I’ve been working hard to make these recipes happen for you all. I really hope you enjoy them. To see Day 1’s Milk Chocolate Almond Clusters, click here!
I forget how I ended up making the cookies this way but my fondest memory was when my Husband’s cousins were in town from Thousand Oaks. It was right before Christmas and I needed to whip up a dessert, fast. I got into my Christmas Recipes and made a quick batch of these Chocolate Chip Cookies. Total crowd pleaser! They were in Awe of how fast they were made.

Drop Spoonfuls onto a Parchment Paper lined cookie sheet. I like to use a small Ice Cream Scooper.

Bake 9-10 minutes, Cool 2-3 minutes on cookie sheet. Then transfer to cooling rack.
